Our Business Ethics

A little History

We have been involved with computers for about 17 years now and have owned our own business for the last 13 years and have a wealth of experience in almost anything to do with computers and IT, with particular expertise in server/workstation environments and home user specialties. About three years ago we became an Epson Express Centre and now service, repair, sell and swap-out printers and scanners on behalf of Epson UK.
Our business is family owned and run. We have been registered on eBay since 30th November 2004 under the user ID darrindwp and have dabbled in buying and selling. On February 18th 2009 we decided to open an eBay shop and enter into mainstream eBay selling. Shop renamed to DarBroIT

Our Business Ethics and Practices

We have applied the same business ethics that we practice in our DarBro Offices ... to our eBay sales and customers. We always treat our customers with respect and deliver quality service and products at very competitive pricing. We are not happy unless you our valued customers are happy. We will resolve problems (if they should occur) in a timely and professional manner. You as a customer will never get any threats of negative feedback from us. All we ask in return is that in the unlikely event a problem should occur with your product or transaction, that you treat us with the same respect and voice tone that you would like in return. Let us try and fix whatever the problem might be BEFORE you think of leaving anything less than Positive Feedback.
